This policy explains what information Talk To Me ("we", "us") collects through this website and how we use it. How we handle information within the Talk To Me service for our customers is governed by each customer's services agreement and data processing terms.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it has no forms. Like any web server, ours keeps standard logs of each request (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We keep these logs for up to 30 days, unless we need them longer to investigate abuse.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to provide the service you ask about, and we keep it for as long as needed for that purpose.
The Talk To Me service
Customers who use Talk To Me send us the information needed to provide the service, such as phone numbers in their dialer's hopper and call results. We process that information on our customers' behalf and only to provide the service, under their services agreement. If you received a call from one of our customers, please contact that company directly: it decides whom to call and controls that information.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that host and operate our systems for us, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Security
Our website and service use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us by emailing support@talk-2-me.co.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
